Buyer's Premium Terms
Auctions and Services Unlimited will have a 20% buyer's premium, unless otherwise noted. 5% of this premium goes directly to AuctionZip/invaluable
Sold "As Is". Please see description and pictures with regards to condition. Unsure? Please email us questions prior to bidding.
Firearms purchased must have FFL faxed or emailed to us from the local dealer of your choice, we will ship the firearm to that dealer and you will fill out paperwork with that dealer: fax is 432-683-4042, We will not sell firearms to NY or Calif residents. Furniture will not be shipped, must be picked up.
There are no refunds and no exceptions
Payment Instructions
Invoices are emailed out by Monday afternoon following the auction. We accept PayPal as well as wire transfers, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, bank checks and money orders. You may now use the payment option provided to charge the card on file. IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID FOUR DAYS AFTER YOU RECEIVE YOUR INVOICE, WE WILL CHARGE THE CARD ON FILE. PLEASE NOTE: If the PayPal "button" does not work, make PayPal payments to Watkins@planetlink.net. If you want to use a credit card, you may use the payment button provided or call us with your credit card, if you have not paid within four days after the invoice is sent, we will automatically charge your card..Payment is due within FOUR days of receiving your invoice. We will hold paid items here for a maximum of 10 days, unless other arrangements have been made. If not picked up within that time, we reserve the right to relist the items with the buyer forfeiting all payment.

If it does not fit a flat rate box or is not a firearm, we will take it to a third party shipper and you will pay them to ship. Your bid is a contract. Once you become the winning bidder you must make payment arrangements for your purchase. Failure to make such arrangements within 10 days of the Auction may cause you to become liable for legal action and you will lose your rights to the lots you bid on. The shipping of any purchased items outside of the United States is hereby classified as 'foreign export'. All foreign export is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.


RETURN POLICY: all items purchased at auction are final sale and no returns will be accepted under any circumstances.
