Notes

Hu Hanmin (1879-1936), who was also known as Zhantang and Bukui Shizhu, was a revolutionary from Guangdong and one of the primary leaders in the Nationalist Party. He joined the United League in September 1905 and acted as the chief editor of Min Bao. Later he became the chief assistant to Sun Yat-sen.
