Conditions of Sale
All bids are final and all payments are final, no refunds, all items will be shipped within one week of the full payment received by the seller
By placing a bid you are entering a legal and binding contract. Upon placing a bid, you are promising to pay for your purchases in a timely manner according to terms of this agreement. Non-paying bidders will be added to the No Bid list. A non-payment fee will be added to your bill for Legal & Processing fees. A minimum of $500 will be applied. We will turn it over to our collection agency and will prosecute to the full extent of the law. Please do not bid if you do not intend to pay.
Appraisal & Estimates:
High and low estimates are provided solely for comparison purposes and Starbiztech, LLC makes no warranties of any kind relating to them.
Any appraisals or evaluations provided are solely for the convenience of the Bidder and Starbiztech, LLC makes no warranties of any kind relating to them. Appraisals may include valuations which reflect the full, highest retail price of the item in a specific geographic region, the item's insurance replacement value, or both. No price estimate or appraisal value should be considered to represent the investment or resale value of the item. Such values are to be solely based on the due diligence evaluation of the Bidder absent any estimate or appraisal value presented.
In the event that an item is listed as having an "Appraisal Estimate", this represents Starbiztech's in-house estimate of what the item would appraise for. Actual appraisal of the item is the responsibility of the Bidder.
D ISPUTES/ CHARGEBACKS
By participating in Starbiztech, LLC Auction, the bidder entriely agrees to the dispute resolution specified in the foregoing paragraph as the bidder's SOLE means to resolve any and all disputes which may arise with Starbiztech, LLC. By placing a bid the bidder specifically agrees that bidder will not file a dispute or chargeback of any kind with an online venue, a credit card, or any other third-parties. Bidder specifically waives the right to initiate a credit card chargeback dispute on any basis of claim and agrees that bidder will pay Starbiztech, LLC a minimum of $300 plus hourly charges and costs for any such chargeback dispute opened, due to the severe administrative burden of such disputes and their direct violation of the dispute provisions above. In the event that Bidder violates this dispute resolution provisions, in consideration of Starbiztech, LLC approval of the application of the bidder to bid in Starbiztech, LLC auction, bidder confesses judgment to fraud having been committed by bidder against Starbiztech, LLC and further agrees that bidder is liable to Starbiztech, LLC for all damages, losses and costs, including time charges, resulting from chargebacks or any claims.
Orders above $3 ,000 will be required to remit payment via Wire Transfer or Check, Credit card payments will not be accepted. Certain exceptions may apply.
Payment
The buyer is responsible for paying the seller directly after winning the item. Details on accepted payment methods and where to send payment are provided in an invoice from the seller.

As used herein the term "bid price" means the price at which a lot is knocked down to the purchaser and the term "purchase price" means the aggregate of
(a) the bid price,
(b) A PREMIUM PAYABLE BY THE PURCHASER OF 15%(for $0-$499), 20%(for($500+) & 5% (Invaluable.com Live Fee)
(c) California state or local sales tax.
(d) Shipping & Handling cost extra for local and international bidders

Any Taxes
CA Sales Tax: California residents must pay 10% sales tax, all international orders should pay their own country shipping charges and taxes if applicable and we are not responsible for any international rules and regulations, buyers will be responsible for all freight charges, taxes and any international terms and conditions.
Shipping Terms
Shipping charges is additional and depending on the item weight and location for shipping.
Invoices Must Be Paid In Full Before Orders Will Be Shipped. Funds For Payments Made By Checks Must Clear Before Orders Can Be Shipped.
Starbiztech, LLC Handles The Packing And Shipping Of All Sold Items,
Except For Larger Items Which May Need Special Services, The Buyer Is Responsible For Shipping/Delivery Arrangements On Items That
We Cannot Ship.
We use USPS, UPS Priority Mails and Secured Signature confirmation mails so that we will have a confirmation of the delivery with tracking information for our records and for buyer records also
Any international orders will be shipped with an additional shipping charges depending on the weight, shipping zip code, shipping country and freigh charges, all charges will be beared by the buyers
We are not responsible for any damages ocurred during the internatinal shipping and we will provide the tracking number if applicable during international shipping
Important Note Regarding Framed Pieces:
Please be Aware That You Are Bidding on the Framed Item and Not the Frame Itself. We Are Not Responsible For Any Damage to the Frames
Themselves, and No Refunds Will Be Given Due to the Damage Frames. Starbiztech, LLC Makes a Great Effort to Protect
Framed Pieces While in Our Care and During the Shipping Process. Contact us if you wish to have the frame removed prior to shipping which may help to reduce the cost.
