The idea for this piece originated from the book "Gorin No Sho" or translated, "The Book of Five Rings" by the legendary Samuri Warrior and Philosopher: Miyamoto Musashi. Collins was a student of Martial Arts and Eastern Philosophy, and the five rings refer to the different elements in battle or different elements in life. This piece is fabricated stainless steel.
