The bids starts at the lower estimate. No bids under this limit will be accepted. Buyers premium's of 18 % +
VAT (23 %), so 22,14 %, will be added to the hammer price. For example: you buy a lot 100 euro + 22,14 %,
so the total amount will be 122,14 euro (without postal charges).
Foreign buyers (out EU) and professionals with European VAT number don't have to pay the VAT on commission
(fees = 18 %). All European dealers without VAT number have to pay the VAT. Shipping costs are
10 euro for the European Community and 20 euro outside (subject to change according to specific buyer's
instructions).
Unsold lots will be available for two weeks after the auction, at the starting price. International Coin Exchange
Ltd is not responsible for your errors in bidding. Please bid on the correct lot and carefully read your
bid sheet before signing and sending it to us.
Custom duties and taxes due abroad are at the buyer's charge. It is the responsibility of the buyer to comply
with foreign customs and exchange regulation. Lots purchased will be dispatched at the expense and the risk
of the buyer.
Unknown bidders are requested to identify themselves prior to the sale. The auctioneer reserves the right,
exercisable at our complete discretion, to refuse bids, admission to the premises or attendance to the auction.
Bids in writing or by email, or bids at the sale are taken to imply full acceptance of the conditions of sale.
The title remains in the seller. The sale will proceed in the order of the catalog. The auctioneer is entitled to
separate, group or omit lots. Unlimited bids shall not oblige the auctioneer to consider, accept, or carry out
such orders.
Telephone bids: if you wish to participate in the auction as a telephone bidder, please inform us at least 48
hours in advance as we have to approve and schedule all calls. To register for telephone bidding, we require
that you submit at least the estimate as written bid in addition to being called. Telephone bids and live bidding
are a free service designed for clients who are unable to be present at auction. The auctioneer cannot be
held responsible for any problems due to technical difficulties.
THE AUTHENTICITY IS GUARANTED WITHOUT LIMIT OF TIME. Objections can only be considered
within 8 days from the receipt of the coins. If any legal action should arise both parties will be submitted
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dublin. Every buyer is personally liable for all purchases made,
he cannot claim to act for a third person.
The auctioneer will execute orders on the usual conditions without any further charges. The auction catalog
in internet has only informative character. For the auction sale, the printed catalog is relevant.

When will you receive your lots?
• Shipping will be done within 8 to 10 days after we receive payment. If you have specific requests concerning shipping, please let us know.
• You can also pick up your lots in our office.
• We cannot be responsible in the case of lost or damage packages if you have asked a third person to pick up your lots.
