Midnight Sun Antique Auction Company will provide free inhouse handling for most items although outside handling maybe required for oversize, fragile or heavy items ( bidder can arrange own shipping & payment). Bidders will be responsible for total cost of shipping, pack matl (any handling) & Insurance charged on total purchase (unless contacted after auction for pick up arrangements). Contact Auction House after 24 hours with special shipping requests or to arrange pick up. Any shipping to different address from billing may need extra verification processes.

All shipping costs will be at a competitive rate & shipped either Priority USPS or UPS (International except Canada will be shipped USPS insured if available) determined by Auction House.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS before bidding, please be aware for of your country's Customs requirements or limitations. International Winning bidders will be responsible for full payment irregardless of any shipping limitations, Customs holds or fees incurred. Contact auction house with any inquiries.

All purchased items will be held for collection for 7 days & thereafter storage fees will be charged. All payments are due after fall of the hammer. Late payments are subject to fees and penalties at the discretion of the Auction House. Payments unpaid or late will result in the account being sent to a collections agency. This can affect your overall credit scores for up to 7 years. Your bidder registration has been researched before approval for bidding at auction. The card provided on file was verified for identity purposes prior to approval. Lastly, chargebacks will be not accepted for any reason or on any purchase

Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. All items will be sold in order of Lot Number. No Lot Number may be transferred to another Buyer

Bidders are solely responsible for their winning items once the Auctioneer declares them "sold" . If the occasion arises, the Auctioneer may use his/her discretion and "pass" on an item if he/she feels an item has not received an adequate bid. We, as the Agent for the consignors, must also protect their interests. Consignors are not allowed to bid on their own property.
