Description

Terry de Valera (1922-2007) Collection of Music, Art & Ephemera This collection comprises artwork/printers plates for music; 25 pieces of sheet music by de Valera; programmes for a performance at the National Concert Hall, Dublin, 26 July 1962 SIGNED and inscribed to De Valera by Bernadette Greevy, 2 others are signed by Charles Lynch who did the recital, Yann Renard Goulet who designed a sculture for the recital, Fred O'Callaghan etc. The oil paintings are unframed and measure 40 x 30 cm (15.5 x 12 inches)both dated 1977. Terry de Valera was the youngest son of Eamon and Sinead de Valera. He died, aged 85, in June 2007. An interesting archive.
