1. FFL REGULATIONS: All items are sold subject to Federal and State Regulations. All Modern Guns must be registered. Gun registration is handled by Wehrly's Auction Service. Buyers must be 21 years of age to purchase Modern Hand Guns, purchasers other than PA. Residents attending the auction must have a FFL or licensed dealer in their state to receive USPS shipment. Auction attendees 18 years of age may purchase Modern rifles and shotguns, non attendees and on line bidders must have an FFl or licensed dealer in their state to receive USPS shipments. Shipping provided by Wehrly's. See shipping terms. Any purchaser claiming an exemption who is unable to provide proof will be required to pay the tax and seek a refund from the state of Pennsylvania. Generally all items shipped out of state are sales tax free sales. All Modern Long and Hand Guns MUST BE SHIPPED TO A FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSED DEALER in your state.

IF YOU BID ONLINE FOR FIREARMS THAT MUST BE SENT TO A FFL IN YOUR AREA AND MUST HAVE A BACK ROUND CHECK DONE AND YOU ARE DENIED /FAIL TO BE APPROVED FOR PURCHASE, YOUR LOCAL FFL WILL HAVE 2 OPTIONS FOR YOU. #1 WILL BE TO ALLOW YOU THE CHALLENGE FORM AND TIME, #2 WOULD BE TO TERMINATE THE DEAL. IF YOU FAIL THE CHALLENGE OR FFL DECIDES TO TERMINATE AND FIRE ARM MUST BE RETURNED TO WEHRLY'S AUCTION YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COSTS OF LOCAL FFL DEALER, PACKING, SHIPPING, INSURANCE AND COMMISSION TO RESTOCK AND RESALE SAID GUN, ANY MONIES LEFT WILL BE MAILED TO YOU AFTER THE AUCTION GUN IS SOLD IN.
2. INSTA CHECK done in house by Wehrly's Auction Service will be paid by Wehrly's.
3. ON LINE BIDDERS: registration for auction closes 8 hours before scheduled auction. No one will be approved day of auction. NO ITEMS WILL BE PROCESSED DURING THE AUCTION DURING AUCTION. ALL PICK UPS ARE AFTER INVOICE ARE MAILED USUALLY FOLLOWING MONDAY OR DAY AFTER.
4. AUCTION RULES: If there is a tie bid between the Internet bidding venues, and the floor, the floor bid takes precedence. Although in our discretion we will execute absentee bids or accept telephone or internet bids, we are not responsible for failing to execute such bids or for any errors or omissions in connection with these bids.
5. PACKING & SHIPPING: There will be a $10.00 packing charge on all Hand Guns & Non Firearms ITEMS plus postage and insurance. We ship Priority US Mail. We will pack, and ship Long Guns for $40.00 per Gun Box, plus insurance, Priority Mail or Express Mail. We will pack as many guns in a box as possible. WE WILL NOTSHIP AMMO BUT WE WILL PACK AMMO AT A$10.00 PACKING FEE BUT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH FED EX TO HAVE IT PICKED UP .
6. INSURANCE: We will obtain insurance on your behalf. At the end of the auction you are the owner. We ship USPS. If for some reason there is a claim for loss or damage it is your responsibility to file a claim.
7. LEGAL CLAIMS: Wehrly's Auction Service Inc. is being held in Glen Rock, PA, and York County. Any and all legal action brought forth as a result of this auction/sale must be filed in York County, PA.

There will be no charge backs on credit cards.

8. POSTPONED/CANCELLED: Wehrly's Auction Service Inc. has the right to cancel/postpone any and all auction due to severe weather, sickness or legal matters. If auction is postponed said auction will be rescheduled ASAP and all bids already placed will be honored. In the event the auction is cancelled due to legal matters all bids will be voided. Auction Zip will email all bidders informing them of the status of said Auction.
All winning bid items must be paid and picked up by 5:00 pm 14 calendar days after the auction or the buyer will be responsible for any & all charges associated with storage and/or the resale of your purchase.

There will be a $10.00 packing charge on all Hand Guns (HANDGUNS MUST GO TO A FFL DEALER) & Non Firearms plus postage and insurance. We ship Priority US Mail. We use USPO Priority Shipping Boxes. The cost of the boxes are small ones $7.15, Med. Box $13.60 and the Large Box $18.85.
We will pack more than one item in a box.
