This uncommon privately published edition preceded the Rhode/Duell, Sloan and Pearce edition of the same year. Comes with inserted presale-fundraising mailing card.
Stiff paperback wrappers; front wrap is photo-illustrated, rear wrap is white, spine is white linen.
Introductory pages followed by 62 full-page black and white photographs faced by 62 unnumbered pages containing with captions.
Mabel Therese Bonney (Syracuse, 1894 - Paris, 1978) was an American photographer and publicist, known for her images taken during World War II.
