Evaluations may include valuations which reflect the full, highest retail price of the item in a specific geographic region, the item's insurance replacement value, or both. No price estimate or evaluation value should be considered to represent the investment or resale value of the item. Such values are to be solely based on the due diligence evaluation of the Bidder absent any estimate or value presented.
In the event that an item is listed as having an "Appraisal Estimate", this represents Antique 2 Modern,LLC in-house estimate or evaluation of what the item would appraise for. Actual appraisal of the item is the responsibility of the Bidder.

*GUNS- All guns are sold & shipped through an FFL! If you are purchasing a gun, please check with your state laws before bidding. Guns will be shipped to an FFL in your area, please check to make sure they will allow you to ship 1st. Buyer is responsible for all transfer fees. Must be Legally able to purchase a firearm.

Auctionzip, Invaluable, Live Auctioneers and/or any auction server that we may use does typically have a Buyers Premium. Auctionzip charges a 5% Buyers Premium for their live fees, as an example.

If you do purchase any items and pay Online, credit/debit, Paypal there is an additional fee of 3% from us to help cover credit card and paypal costs. 3% will be added to total of the purchase price. There is no fee for local pickup

Terms: Payment will need to be made within 48 hrs of the auction in US Dollars in Cash, Paypal, Credit Card including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. There is 3% charge for using a credit card or Paypal

Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping. You will receive a separate invoice for Shipping costs. Shipping Prices will depend on size and weight of the item. Buyer is responsible for paying for insurance.

We have auctions every Wednesdayat 5:30pm, for auctions that are not online you can leave an absentee bid by phone. When you signup for this auction, you will be added to our emailing list for future auctions.

Your Payment is due within 48hr after we send out the invoice.
