All property is sold "as is", and neither the auctioneer nor any consignor makes any warranties or representation of any kind or nature with respect to the property, and in no event shall they be responsible for the correctness, nor deemed to have made any representation or warranty, or description, genuineness, provenance, origin, or condition of the property and no statement made at the sale, or in the bill of sale, or invoice or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty of representation or an assumption of liability.

All sales are final. Placing a bid is a legally binding obligation. There are no returns or exchanges. All lots are sold as is, where is, with all the faults, imperfections, omissions and errors in the written description, graphics and photography.

All payments must be made on items that are bid on in a timely manner.

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal EXCEPT: Gold coins, gold jewelry, and/or any transactions over $1000 will require a wire transfer or bank cashiers check. NO PERSONAL CHECKS. Payment instructions will be sent after the auction with your final invoice.

Most shipments will be made by USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges. Your shipping charges will be shown on your final invoice that will be sent to you at the completion of the auction. Complete Auctions is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We make every effort to keep the costs of shipping and handling to a bare minimum. We thank you for your understanding and your continued support.

We charge 20% buyers premium + VAT. There is a minimum premium of £2.00.
