PROVENANCE:
Acquired by the great-grandfather of the present owner, a Polish industrialist and collector, who later became curator in the Department of etchings and prints at the Library of the Academy of Science in St. Petersburg, 1918-1921, and some of whose collection is now in the Hermitage
Thence by descent
