Six Historic Boston Fire Scenes, including the Fitchburg Elevator Fire of 1898, the Merrimack Street Fire of 1898, and The Parade Passing Down Elm Street
Five signed "Bailey" in pen l.r., Parade signed and inscribed "Bailey
Manchester" l.l., two inscribed "BOSTON FIRE" and "THE FITCHBRING [sic] ELEVATOR FIRE" l.l. respectively, another inscribed "TRYING TO RESCE [sic] CHIEF EGAN AND HIS COMRADES".
Ink and graphite on paper, sight sizes to 16 x 21 1/2 in. (40.6 x 54.6 cm), unframed.
Condition: Toning, minor tears to margins, subtle handling creases, not examined out of acetate wrap.
