1 1/2 inch tear, upper left (repaired at the top verso edge with clear tape). Glue stains at top left and center right, along margins. Creases at lower center, upper right, and center left, each approximately 1 inch. Light cracking in some of the areas of thick pigment. Light toning. The verso of the paper is gessoed.
