We do not make any warranties or representations, expressed or implied, regarding the correctness of description, attribution, provenance, period, culture, age, source, origin, authenticity, or condition of any item sold. All statements, written and oral, are the opinions only of EstimatedProfit. All questions regarding specifics of items listed should be asked prior to the auction. All sales are final, nor returns, refunds, or exchanges.

The Buyer's Premium will be 10% of the purchase price.

EstimatedProfit reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to reject any opening bid, if they deem unacceptable or too low. EstimatedProfit reserves the right to withdraw any property prior to the sale.

EstimatedProfit is not responsible for absentee or live bids that have not been sent, did not go through, were not received, or have not been executed by the auctioneer.

By placing bids on items in any of the auctions held by the EstimatedProfit, the bidder is entering a binding legal contract to pay for all won items and property within 7 (seven) days of the close of the auction. All non payments will be reported and unpaid cases will be filed. The bidder represents that they are over the age of 18 and can enter into legal contracts. If the payment is not made within the 7 days from the auction concluding, the bidder will be automatically charged what is owed on the 8th day with the Credit Card on File with our auction house.

All items are sold to the highest bidder. In a situation of multiple bids of the same value on the same item, the decision will be at the discretion of the EstimatedProfit.

Once the auctioneers announces "sold", the property is deemed sold and the responsibility is transferred to the winning bidder.

All questions regarding items prior to the auction will be answered within 24 hours.
