Description

17"h, signed. Well known sculptor. Pollak was a student of Harriet Frishmuth. She exhibited throughout the 1920s-30s, at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art, Virginia Museum of Fine Art, Society of Washington Artists, and the Corcoran Gallery. She established a gallery in New York for educating the blind through the use of three dimensional objects.
