• Accepting a Bidder Card constitutes agreement to the following terms:
• Buyers must register for a bidding number by giving name, address, phone number, and identification acceptable to us. Please show your bidding number to the auctioneer after each purchase you make.

• Prospective bidders should inspect the property before bidding to determine its condition, size and whether or not it has been restored. We and the Consignor make no representation or warranty as to whether the purchaser acquires any reproduction rights in the property. We reserve the right to withdraw any property before the auction. All property is sold "AS IS" and neither we nor the Seller makes any guarantees, warranties or representations, expressed or implied, with respect to the property or the correctness of the catalog or other description of the authenticity of authorship, provenance, exhibitions, literature or historical relevance of the property or otherwise. No statement anywhere, whether oral or written, shall be deemed such a guarantee, warranty or representation.
• Johnson Auction Service Inc. reserves the right to reject any bid. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer will be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders, auctioneer will have the final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, our sales record is conclusive. Johnson Auction Service does accept absentee bids with credit card guarantee, we are not responsible for any errors or omission in connection therewith.
• Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw an article from the sale, and if, having acknowledged an opening bid, he decides that any advance thereafter is insufficient, he may reject the advance.
• All sizes are approximate. During Cataloging careful attention was paid to noting any damage or repairs and

• If an article sold cannot be delivered by reason of theft, breakage, or other damage prior to check- out, the sale shall be deemed canceled without any liability on the part of Seller or Johnson Auction Service Inc.
• All transactions must be complete before property is removed from the premise. Possession of purchased property will not turn over to bidder until paid in full via Cash, Certified check, Credit Card.
• Merchandise will be packed and transported by the purchaser at his own risk and expense. All merchandise must be picked up within 7 days of purchase or arrangement made for Shipping. Merchandise not picked up in time will be re-auctioned or resold without further notice to the purchaser and deposits will be forfeited. Further, in the event of loss or such resale, the original will be responsible.
• AUCTION TERMS: Buyer's Premium for online bidding is 18%. A 3% discount for in-house bidders paying with cash, bank certified funds or wire.
• SIMULCAST AUCTIONS are conducted in front of a live audience. During these events each item presented in the auction is also available for bidding in an online venue hosted by a third party provider: www.liveauctioneers.com. www.invaluable.com,. While the auctioneer is receiving bids from an assembled audience, phone and absentee bidders, the auctioneer is also taking bids from bidders who are bidding through the third-party providers in real time or by advance bidding. Following the auction the successful bidders are notified and payment arrangements are made; applicable buyer's premium applies.
• ABSENTEE BIDDING: Buyer's premium applies at 18%. We suggest that phone and absentee bids be made 24 hours in advance to allow time for processing.
• Item estimates provided in print or electronic media are not a representation or a prediction of the hammer price that will be realized at auction, which may be substantially different from our original estimates. We shall not be liable for any discrepancies between our estimates and a price realized.

Payment: Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Sales Tax will be assessed if applicable. Your credit card on file will be charged immediately following reconciliation of the auction. Your credit card will be charged again once shipping is calculated.
