By bidding on an item in this auction you are agreeing to enter into a contract with us. This is an auction, items are consigned to us and we rely on the consignor for authenticity and accuracy. Items are sold AS IS WHERE IS. You are the expert and should ask all questions prior to bidding. Auctioneer is not responsible for errors and omissions so please ask questions and inspect items prior to bidding. Please feel free to contact the auction house PRIOR to bidding with your questions or requests for additional pictures. Failure to request this information prior to bidding will result in a non-refundable order. A 15% buyers premium is charged a percentage on top of the final bid price or hammer price. We accept absentee bids, phone bid, online bidding or live in the auction house. Please call to make arrangements for absentee bids or phone bids. Request bidding approval 15 minutes before START of auction, otherwise we may miss your request while we conducting the auction. Phone bids may require a minimum Bid. Payment is expected within 7 days of sale, or by prior mutual agreement with the Auction House. If no communication has been made within 7 days, a dispute will be filed with Invaluable or EBAY.

Payment Terms

You can pay via credit card with the link attached to the invoice, by the PayPal link on the invoice, or call us directly at 603-494-5964 with your information. If yo do not call or pay us within 4 days, your credit card on file can be charged.

Buyers premium

Purchased lots will become available only after full payment has been made.
The sale will be conducted in euros. Il addition to the hammer price, the buyer agrees to pay a buyer's premium along with
any applicable value added tax.
The buyer's premium is 23% + VAT amounting 27,5% (all taxes included) for all bids.
- NB: Lots followed by a * are subject to a 7% fee, in addition to the regular buyer's fees stated earlier.
- Lots buyed via the web site Artfact are subject to a 3% fee, in addition to the regular buyer's fees stated earlier.


BIDS
The highest and final bidderwill be the purchaser.
Should the auctioneer recognise two simultaneous bids on one lot, the lot will be put up for sale again and all those present
in the saleroom may participate in this second opportunity to bid.
Important : Bidding is typically conducted in the auction house. However, we may graciously accept telephone bids from
potential buyers wh have made the request.
We bear no responsability whatsoever in the case of uncompleted calls made too late and/or technical difficulties with the
telephone. We also accept absentee bids submitted prior to the sale. We rererve the right to accept or deny any requests for
telephone or absentee bidding.
The telephone bidder agrees to bis up to the law estimate.
In carrying a bid, bidders assume their personal responsability to pay the hammer price as welle as all buyer's fees and taxes
chargeable to the buyer.
