All items are sold subject to Federal and State Regulations. All Modern Guns must be registered. Gun registration is handled by Wehrly's Auction Service. Buyers must be 21 years of age to purchase Modern Hand Guns, purchasers other than PA. residents attending the auction must have a FFL or licensed dealer in their state to receive USPS shipment. Auction attendees 18 years of age may purchase Modern rifles and shotguns, non attendees and on line bidders must have a FFl or licensed dealer in their state to receive USPS shipments. Shipping provided by Wehrly's. See Shipping terms. Any purchaser claiming an exemption who is unable to provide proof will be required to pay the tax and seek a refund from the state of Pennsylvania. Generally all items shipped out of state are sales tax free sales.

ON LINE BIDDERS: registration for auction closes at midnight Friday night. No one will be approved on AUCTION DAY.

If there is a tie bid between the Internet bidding venues, and the floor, the floor bid takes precedence. Although in our discretion we will execute absentee bids or accept telephone or internet bids, we are not responsible for failing to execute such bids or for any errors or omissions in connection with these bids.

PACKING & SHIPPING

There will be a $10.00 packing charge on all Hand Guns & Non Firearms plus postage and insurance.
We will pack more than one item in a box.

We will pack, insure and ship Long Guns for $45.00 per Gun Box, Priority Mail or Express Mail. We will pack as many guns in a box as possible.
All Modern Long and Hand Guns MUST BE SHIPPED TO A FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSED DEALER in your state.

All winning bid items must be paid and picked up by 5:00 pm 14 calendar days after the auction or the buyer will be responsible for any & all charges associated with storage and/or the resale of your purchase.
