Item Overview

Description

inscribed W Couper and Florence on the underside

white marble on a white marble socle

Condition Note: in fairly good condition; there are a few chipped areas --(1) on the underside in the back where the inscription is, there are a few chips--a small one just below the "C" in Couper and another one has almost erased the "ore" in Florence, (2) two large chips on bottom of pedestal; other than that, work is in generally good condition--could use a light cleaning as there is some soiling (dirt in crevices, etc.); a few scattered dents, nicks, most of them on her dress/bust area--her face is smooth
