FOR US SALES ONLY: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Check, Money Order, Cashier Check or Wire Transfer. There is a 2% discount for paying with a wire transfer only.
US bidders are required to pre-register at our website. Credit card information is required and will be verified to insure authenticity. A charge of $.01 cent may be billed and credited to your card during this process. This information will be used for billing, shipping, order processing and customer updates. Valid and current credit card information is required in order to complete the registration process. We require a Visa, MasterCard or Discover card on file to participate in our online auctions.
All transactions over $3000 must be paid wire transfers without prior approvaltion and are subject to a 10% deposit on credit card with remainder due within 5 business days. Payment without a credit card must be approved prior to auction. All items paid by Check, Money Order or Cashier Check will be held until the check has cleared to the satisfaction of Main Street Mining Co. and its bank. Texas residents pay 8.25% sales tax unless merchandise is for resale and a valid Texas resale certificate is on file with our office.
Winning bidders will be emailed an invoice within 24 hours after the auction. If you do not receive an invoice via email it is your responsibility to contact us at (817)545-7550 or email debbie@ajex.net. Credit card on file will be charged within 24 hours of auction close. No exceptions! If the items won are not paid for within 48 hours of the sale, Main Street Mining Co. may impose and the purchaser agrees to pay a monthly storage charge of 1.5% of the purchase price of any lot not removed by the purchaser within 3 days after the date of sale. A charge of $5 per day will apply to items left over 30 days.
If we are prevented by fire, theft or any other reason whatsoever from delivering any property to the purchaser, our liability shall be limited to the sum actually paid by the purchaser for such property.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: Items will be shipped within 10 business days of payment. All packages are sent USPS Priority unless noted in the description of the item. Packages valued under $50 are sent uninsured but with delivery confirmation, packages valued at $50 or more will be charged extra for insurance and signature confirmation. Shipping and insurance are charged at the USPS published rates. There is a $5.00 s/h charge per package (this is to cover the cost of labor and materials). In the event that a package is lost by USPS, there will be a claim filed with USPS and all monies will be refunded once USPS has paid us..
