Sclater to Dr. Wilson, congratulating him on his selection for the National Antarctic Expedition and suggesting Ted should become F.Z.S., 26 Nov. 1900; Cyril Longhurst to Dr Wilson regarding Ted’s salary (a rise of £50 a year), on National Antarctic Expedition stationary, 4 January, 1904; Mrs. Reginald Smith (Isabel) to Mrs. Wilson, reporting the meeting of the British Association at Dundee where Clements Markham read a paper on Antarctic Exploration and that every mention of Ted was greeted with applause, Cortachy, Kirriemuir, 11 Sept. 1912; Raymond Priestley to Dr. Wilson on British Antarctic Expedition stationary, informing that he is sending to Wilson some geological specimens, that he brought home from Cape Royds, probably collected by Dr. Koettlitz in the Western Mountains, signature cut out, The Grammar School, Tewkesbury, 9 Sept. 1913; Edward R.G.R.
