This painting depicts Peter Charles Oliver Harvey at the age of 20, elder son of Sir Oliver Charles Harvey, later 2nd Baron Harvey of Tasburgh, 1921-2010. A keen sailor all his life, he served in the Royal Artillery in the war and made a career in banking.
