WOODROW WILSON(1856 - 1924) Twenty-eighth President of the United States who passed sweeping reform laws, gave women the right to vote, and led the United States through World War I setting the ground work for the League of Nations. Handsome partly-printed D.S. as President, 1p. folio, Washington, Dec. 9, 1918, a scarce appointment of Emile P. Moses as Major in the Marine Corps and head of the Equipment Board. Moses rose in the ranks to become Brig. General. Cosigned by JOSEPHUS DANIELS. Fine condition, with unusually bold, clean signatures.
