The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject opening bids that are deemed "too low" (far below the reasonable estimated value of the item) & may withdraw lot(s) from the sale at his discretion. J. James Auctioneers & Appraisers or any representative thereof may, at their sole discretion, refuse or revoke bidding privileges to any person who is either not in good credit standing with J. James Auctioneers & Appraisers, has a negative bidding history or who is deemed to be disruptive of or verbally abusive to its employees or agents .

Paid items will be automatically sent to our preferred shipper unless we receive notice that the buyer has made other arrangements. DUE TO CO-VID , THERE COULD BE SOME SHIPPING DELAYS. Shipping Quotes are available prior to bidding. No phone calls please. Include your zip code, lot number, item description and dimensions in an email to: qwikpackship_capecod@msn.com. Packing and shipping costs for items released to the shipper are assumed by the buyer. Smaller items with a total value of $600.00 or less will be shipped out USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail from this auction house and shipping charges will be included on your invoice. Large, bulky, multiple and International items will be sent to our preferred shipper and you will be contacted by them with shipping options.

Please allow 24-48 hours post auction to receive your emailed invoice. Payment must be received within seven days of the the invoice date. Payments are accepted in cash or by check, money order, PayPal or wire transfer. Returned checks are subject to an additional $35.00 processing fee. Wire transfers are subject to a $13.00 processing fee. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS!! We will not release lots for shipping until funds have cleared our financial institution. J. James Auctioneers & Appraisers will open a dispute with Live Auctioneers, & negative feedback will be left for buyers that do not pay for purchases within SEVEN days of the invoice date.
