Items will not be released, for any reason, prior to full payment being received. Items not paid for within 10 days are subject to storage fees of $10 per lot/per day, unless arrangements have been made

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION 11. These Conditions of Sale, as well as the Purchaser's and the Company's respective rights and obligations hereunder shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. By bidding at an Auction, whether present in person or by Agent, order bid, telephone, internet or other means, the Purchaser shall be deemed to have consented to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts.

There is NO in-house shipping. All items are sold as is where is.

If you choose to pick up your items, we must be notified within 5 (five) business days from the conclusion of the auction.
