5) The Winning bidder will forfeit ownership of their won items if they are not collected within the specified collection time frame, Ownership of their items will become the property of the auction room and we reserve the right to sell them in the next auction to recoup storage fees. We now have a link on our website that will direct you to Pack and Send for collection and shipping of your purchases. There are three local Pack and Sends you can obtain quotes from... Tweed Heads, Mermaid Beach and the other is Southport. For all larger items just email us and we can suggest a number of carriers to assist with interstate or local door to door delivery. We do not have time to ship anymore so please understand you must use Pack & Send, or Furniture carriers for larger items. Collection time frame is strictly 5 days after the auction... which is by 5pm the Friday following the sale
