        "Lynch" (photomontage). Circa 1952. Vintage matte gelatin silver print. 20,6 x 14,1 cm. Inscribed in blue ballpoint pen "LYNCH" c. 1952 Fotomonteu Miecyzslawa Bermana on the verso. Berman attended the School of Decorative Arts in his hometown of Warsaw, Poland. He became a commercial artist and was strongly influenced by Dadaism, Russian Constructivism and the graphic arts. His work is characterised by a strong political and satirical edge. Berman's work is in the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, as well as other public collections. - Upper edge slightly bumped, light crease lower left corner, traces of previous mounting on the verso, otherwise in near excellent condition.
