    Drew, John. (1853-1927) Noted American stage actor. Signed Program, printed, 7 pp., 9 x 7 in., secured at the top with a silk ribbon, Wand & Noble, New York, December 28, 1892. Special decorative program commemorating Drew's 100th performance at the Standard Theatre in The Masked Ball by Alexandre Bisson and Albert Carre, starring John Drew as "Dr. Paul Blonder." Included in the program are: a signed engraving of John Drew; two additional engravings of Drew, one featuring him with a female costar and depicting a scene from the third act of The Masked Ball; a page with the date, play title, location and star of the performance; two pages of articles from the New York Times, New York Herald, and New York Tribune, all singing the praises of John Drew. Toned. Fine. Estimated Value $250-UP.
