Note: Along with many other American artists, Harry T. Fisk visited New Orleans' Vieux Carré in the mid twentieth century and painted the scenic historic vistas. A New Yorker, Fisk worked as illustrator and painter. In this charming view, he chose an intriguing angle of looking down at a patio from the second floor.
