        Each with photographer's stamp, therein inventory number in ink, on the verso. Mounted individually to album pages. In original linen album with owner's stamp on the back cover. Four photographs show the prestigious Art Deco interior of the cinema ("Lichtspiele des Westens") on the Hohenzollernring in Cologne, built in 1927/28 by Cologne architects Carl Müller and Paul Schaefer. It was destroyed in 1941 and, after the war, it was rebuilt under the new name 'Rex am Ring'. Three photographs show the interior of the elegant house of an unidentified art collector. Probably it was built by Carl Müller as well, from whose possession this album originates.

Photographer's stamp, Hugo Schmölz Fotowerkstätte, Köln, Klingelpütz 29, therein negative number annotated in ink on the verso. Slight oxidation mirroring in some dark areas, traces of previous mounting on the verso, otherwise strong prints in very good condition.

All between circa 1928 - 1934. 3 vintage gelatin silver prints, 2 flush-mounted to heavy black board, 1 mounted to mat. Between 14 x 22,2 cm (28 x 34,9 cm) and 22,6 x 16,7 cm (43 x 43 cm). 1 with photographer's stamp, therein negative number annotated in felt tip pen; annotations and title in pencil on the verso. 2 dated and titled in white ink on the recto of the mount. One print with slight oxidation mirroring in edges, light soiling along lower edge of print, one with brownish discoloration on the surface, and traces of discoloration from fixer, otherwise in very good condition.
